Full payment is required prior to production or shipment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Returns & Warranty:

Industrial machines are made-to-order and are non-returnable unless defective.

Each product comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering structural and functional defects, not including misuse, wear and tear, or improper installation.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.

 

4. Liability:

AVOCATI Ltd. is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by freight carriers, customs processes, or force majeure events.

 

5. Intellectual Property:

All branding, designs, and website content are the property of AVOCATI Ltd.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
